Finspire Labs (“Company,” ”we,” “us,” or “our”) strives to offer a high quality of services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the procedure for processing the refund and cancellation of services related to us. When you use our services you agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
1.1. Cancellations of Services from Customers
Clients have the right to ask for a cancellation of services under the following circumstances:
- One-time Services (Press-release, Book Review, News Publishing, Consultation and branding): You can cancel this order only within 24 hours after placing this order (if we did not start working)
- Recurring Services (Monthly PR Consultation, Retainer-Based Branding Services, Subscription-Based Plans): Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to billing to avoid being billed for the next period.
1.2. Cancellation by Finspire Labs
We may cancel your service for any of the following:
- Your violation of the this terms
- Intellectual property theft or other bad practices
- Non-compliance within the payment deadline
- Technical or business constraints that one does not foresee
The client would be informed of this, and a partial refund might be given, depending on the work already done.
Refund Policy
2.1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are based on the type of service, and the progress. Terms & Conditions:
- Total Refund: Only if a refund request made in 24 hours after order placement, and work has not initiated.
- Partial Refund: If we have begun work and it is not 50% done, we may offer a partial refund after subtracting the cost of work performed.
- No Refund: After the service has reached 50% or more completion, a refund request will not be received.
2.2. Non-Refundable Services
Under no circumstance will the following services be eligible for a refund:
- Full PR Campaigns and other Press Releases published or aired
- Finished book reviews, even if they are subjective judgments (i.e., a client may or may not be satisfied).
- Completed branding consultations and strategy sessions
- Any serviced customized according to the client done.
Refund Processing Time
- Within 7-14 business days after the approval date of refunds.
- Credit for refunds will be sent to you via the payment method you used to make the purchase.
- We have no control over delays from the part of banks, payment processors, or other acts of God.
How to Ask for a Refund or Cancellation ?
- Email [email protected] with a subject line of “Refund/cancellation request – [Order ID]”
- Write your full name, contact details, order ID as well as the reason for your request.
- We will assess your request within 3 business days and will contact you with the outcome
Exceptions & Special Cases
In the event that a service should be delayed from our side by unforeseen circumstances, clients may be provided with an alternative delivery date, or compensation in the form of a partial refund.
If you ask for a refund, we will negotiate and our decision will be final.
No refunds will be given if you change your mind after work has started.
Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and the date “Last Updated” will be updated.
