Finspire Labs and Razorpay do not have control over those extra fees and all such liability is on the client’s side.

3. Time Taken to Process Payment
Generally, a Razorpay transaction gets processed immediately. However, due to delays by third-party banking and payment systems from the place of origin, there may be delays. Finspire Labs assumes no liability if, on account of such third-party banking or payment systems, there is a delay in processing your transaction.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All payments via Razorpay are governed by Finspire Labs’ Refund and Cancellation Policy. When applicable, refunds shall be credited back to the original mode of payment used when a transaction was originally made.
You should be aware that any exchange rate losses or foreign processing fees your bank levies when reversing these transactions are not Finspire Labs’ responsibility.

- Payment failure due to network error/ incorrect card details/insufficient funds.
- Unauthorized transactions executed through your bank/credit card.
