Job Description:
As a Human Resources Specialist at Finspire Labs, you will play a crucial role in managing our HR functions and ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will be responsible for various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Your role will involve working closely with management and employees to foster a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Foster a positive work environment by addressing and resolving employee issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Management: Support the performance management process by assisting with performance reviews, goal setting, and employee development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- HR Policies and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Conduct regular audits to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, attendance, and leave management. Handle HR-related documentation and correspondence.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
- HR Reporting: Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to support decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in human resources, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a similar industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
