Finspire Labs has a zero-tolerance policy towards plagiarism. This Content Submission & Copyright Policy sets out the terms under which we allow contributors to submit content, the rights they retain, our licensing policy and the process for dealing with copyright infringement claims.

Rights of Contributors

1.1. Submission of Content Ownership

  • Except where agreed upon in writing, all copyright ownership of content submitted by contributors remains with the contributor.
  • When you submit content to Finspire Labs, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to publish, distribute, edit, and promote your work on our platforms.
  • Contributors may republish their work somewhere else, unless there is an exclusivity agreement(not applicable to everybody).

1.2. Contributor Responsibilities

  • Writers should only post non-infringing content.
  • Proper attribution must be given for all quoted material, images or other media or information.
  • All content that is AI-written or AI-assisted must include this information from the contributor.
  • All submissions must be compliant with respect to all applicable laws and ethical guidelines.

Permission and Licensing of Content Submissions

  • You change up content to meet length requirements, edit for clarity, or even reformat it for SEO reasons, but you retain the basic meaning.
  • Distribute translated content into other languages.

B. This license is non-exclusive — the contributor can use their content elsewhere until an agreement is made for exclusivity.

2.2. Image and multimedia license

  • Those who contribute must be able to use any images, video or audio used in their submission.
  • For all third-party media, please be sure to properly license and provide attribution.

  • Unless agreed to in writing, commissioned content is deemed work-for-hire; Finspire Labs owns the full copyright of commissioned work.

Process of Copyright Infringement & DMCA

3.1. Copyright Infringement Complaints

We respect the rights of copyright owners. If you think that your copyrighted material has used our site without your permission, follow our DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) takedown procedure.

3.2. DMCA Takedown Request

If you feel that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us by sending an email to [email protected] .

  • Your complete legal name and contact details.
  • Description of the copyrighted work that is being infringed.
  • A link to the infringing content(s).
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the use of the material is unauthorized;
  • An affirmation, under penalty of perjury, confirming that the information contained in the complaint is true and correct.
  • A signature, either electronic or physical.

We will, upon receiving a valid complaint:

  • Evaluate the claim and disable access to the content alleged to be infringing.
  • Inform the alleged infringer and give him a chance to file a counter-notice if he thinks the claim is groundless.
  • If the claim is found valid, take appropriate action, up to and including permanently removing the content.

3.3. Counter-Notice Procedure

You can file a counter-notice if you think your content was removed in error due to a DMCA complaint with:

  • Your details like name, address and contact number.

  • Your good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and
  • You agree to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in your area.

We will look over the counter-notice, and may restore the content if we decide the complaint isn’t valid.
